This policy explains how Ants TMS handles personal information when you browse events, register, buy tickets, or open a ticket link.
Depending on the event and ticket type, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, city, NIC or other ID details you provide, payment-related references from the payment provider, and ticket or booking codes needed for entry.
We use this information to process bookings, deliver tickets (email and/or SMS), support entry at the gate, handle customer support, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We do not sell your personal data.
Data may be shared with the event organiser’s authorised staff, payment providers, and email or SMS delivery services solely to complete your purchase and ticket delivery. Access is limited by role where staff tools are used.
Booking and ticket records are kept for as long as needed for the event, support, audits, and applicable law. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
